[Celestial Flare (Preview)]

I really enjoy the instruments that start at 0:45, I think they are my favorite part aside from the nice build-up from the beginning. The sound that starts to bleed in at 0:56 sounds just a little bit out of place to me personally. I thought the hawk screech was kinda funny, but I did enjoy it in the song, and I really enjoyed you playing around with the sample near the end of the preview. Overall, it sounds really good to me. Same as what I put elsewhere, but I really like it :x

[Wrong Turn (NG)]

I can tell you listen to a lot of Pendulum

This is a good first attempt at DnB, honestly, it sounded a lot like it was trying to sound like Pendulum without being exactly Pendulum. It was a tad repetitive and kinda lacking, I really liked that bass. The beat was kinda typical, but then again, this isn't exactly breakbeat. I wasn't much for the empty spaced with just percussion around the middle. Overall, pretty okay track.

Pretty okayish.

The beginning synth sounded a bit odd to me, but it complemented the track when the lead came in. You really need to EQ that kick, because it could come out really well. You can barely hear it when the melodies and all that good stuff are playing. I'd suggest mixing that kick with other kick samples and make a layered kick, the sound is usually great. I really liked the choral effect with the chimes and bass, also how you mastered that saw. The ending was a bit abrupt, but overall pretty decent song.

I've had small problems on all my songs with the drums and finding good sounds for them and making them loud enough (but not too loud) has been pretty hard. Thanks for this layer idea, I tried it once but gave up with it and totally forgot whole things.

About the end, I tried to make an effect there (as you might hear) but it pretty much failed...

Decent, but...

All you did was slice out that bit from the end, turned the pitch up, worked some filters in there, and added a beat. I like the beat and its placement with the song, but this would otherwise be deplorable. As far as I can see, it's only pitched up and has a beat added.

Exceptional to some of your previous works.

I found this piece to be delightful with what I could imagine from it. It's somewhat of a change to your older works, which is good, as you were getting a little repetitive. The EQing is great from beginning to end and its progressive play gave me a sense of going forward with confidence. There was some unique usage of samples, which is always great, and the effects melded in well.

Pretty good.

You have some very nice working sounds in here. I guess the problem I had was with the beat. It didn't sound very together, and I like some fluent percussion. I guess one way to not change it up too much is make it glitchy.
At 00:49 when the violins come in, it just doesn't sound to good on the start of it, it sounds a bit rushed. Well, what you have here overall is pretty decent. :)

Well, it was kinda rushed, I guess. XD I'm sure I could have worked that in there better, but I was pretty bored with the idea and had originally planned to show it to a friend to ask for help, since I wasn't very satisfied, but never got around to it.

The first drumkit was supposed to have that sort of sound, but the second probably could have been much more glitchy. Once again, I was bored with the idea.

Thanks for the review though. It's always nice to hear howI could have improved and keep it in mind for future songs. :)
